The line between stupidity and no stupidity can be hard to define.
"Practical men who believe themselves to be quite exempt from any intellectual influence, are usually the slaves of some defunct economist. Madmen in authority, who hear voices in the air, are distilling their frenzy from some academic scribbler of a few years back" - John Maynard Keynes

I think that one of the reasons that certain actions need to be punished is because of the consequences. If your actions, which were reckless or dangerous in anyway, snuff out an innocent life, then don't you deserve to be punished? A son or daughter or mother or father or brother or sister or whatever is dead because of what you did. You hear about kids sometimes, teenagers, screwing around doing illegal stuff and, chain of events, someone dies. Well, they're only kids and there's that, but not all teenagers screw around that dangerously and the consequences need to be taken into account.

And, on the same note, I think that drunk driving should be dealt with in the most severe manner. It's a deliberate choice. It's not something that should be dealt with lightly in the least, in my opinion. And do they mean to kill someone? Of course not, but their actions were so ridiculously idiotic and dangerous that the book should be thrown, in my opinion. Don't give them the opportunity to do it again.

I think people who do murders not by intension.. i.e by any sort of an accident..or a sort of an self-defence..should you be punished. It should be considered as a bad luck for the murdered person..and the innocent people should not be punished for it ! thatz it ! but anyhow if someone does an murder of a person with an clear intension..he must be given the greatest punishment ever ! That what i call "True Judgement"

In nations like UK, even if you murder some one, you can be out of jail in 3-4 years. I can't find any difference between murder and manslaughter. If you commit a crime, then you deserve the punishment.
Enough of (ZA)Nu Labor. BNP is the only real alternative.
