Now that is a solution that Pat Buchanan and representaive King of Iowa would be all for! 
Along a related line of yours, why don't we just stream line the process and make it much friendlier than what it already is? Establish Wal-Mart sized processing centers with three areas. The first one take them in, obtains finger prints, and works with the Mexican federales to ensure that no wanted criminal is coming across. We could also set up some health screening. The second area would work with them on obtaining employment and transportaion to where they want to go. The third part will swear them in as citizens, give them social security cards, and they are good to go in regards to helping our shrinking labor pool that will in future years, carry the burden of retiring boomers. Your notion is quite radical and our unemployment rate would shoot through the roof. We would be roughly the size of Russia and would have to administer the nightmarish Mexican education, government, and infrastructural system. Throw in their corruption problems and you would have big government to the extent that would scare Eugene V. Debs out of the grave.

i think you have been quoting to many wanna be politicians,it will never work justice with out racism,where,first justice without racisim has to be removed from these countries individually and when a supreme court studies all the results and sees that a joint resolution is feasable then and only then will you see a mass 2 way migration
