* GO TO Start > Run and type regedit
* Then navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ WindowsNT \ CurrentVersion \ Winlogon.
* In right pane, look for "LogonPrompt".
* If the key does not exist , create a new String Value and name it "LogonPrompt" without quotes.
* Set its value to whatever text you want to see displayed at login screen.
