What the heck is going on in Detroit?

As far as I can tell, the mayor is involved in some sort of scandal involving (allegedly) an affair, a dead stripper, hush money paid from the city treasury, perjury during a trial on police misconduct, and some other stuff. Then he went on TV and launched a tirade in which at one point he used the N word. Do I have things about right? It would be unfair to focus all our attention only on a Clinton superdelegate and not an Obama superdelegate.

Well I can comfortably say it's the biggest crap hole in the country. We always joked that the city should just be donated to the Air Force for precision bombing practice.
