Ok so you want to know how to use or enable web cam in Gtalk. Its so easy first you install web cam driver then connect web cam to pc. then open Gtalk then go in setting and check the you web cam name display that mean it is connected.

According to me, If you want to know how to use or Enable the web cam in G talk . Its so much easy task let's know first you install web cam driver then connect web cam to PC then open Gtalk then go in setting options and check your web cam name displayed it's true that mean It is connected.

If your camera is by Microsoft and the device you are using voice and video communications in Gmail, you must first install the hardware in the computer, so that is compatible with the network communication procedures, such as Gmail's. Video calls are only in the Gmail chat users (who use Gmail in the browser) Gmail voice and video chat.
